DAVEMAN UPDATES ON AMY: The adventures of Amy continues
FEMALE APPROXIMATELY 5'7" - BRUNETTE - WANTED FOR SMOKING AND STAGGERING.
Sinister female suspect was apprehended once already by a dutiful Hospital Security Guard who potentially would have let a mugger go to apprehend the slower limping female suspect (easier prey) who was smoking near her car away from the hospital.
Dutiful Hospital Security Guard escorted dangerous smoking criminal suspect (whom we will call Amy for the purposes if this entry) back to her hospital room, accusing the woman of being doped up on drugs because of her suspicious walk - the Security Guards keen eye determined this dangerous smoking suspect was not only smoking but staggering from drug use - and dismissed any possibility of the suspect (we call Amy) being a partial foot amputee as an excuse in walking a little differently than most other people.
Barney Fife would be proud of this graduate of Hospital Law enforcement. Yes, with devout security like this, you can be assured that no amputee minding their own business with bother you by minding their own business again.
Suspect could possibly be released from hospital custody Monday (3-17-08) - pending doctor & insurance company's motivations. We shall see, Hopefully Amy will get busted outta there and give her video report on the above misadventure.
As always I will keep you posted should things drag out and or she get busted for walking differently or smoking in or near her own car again. You gotta just love a woman who taunts law enforcement so brazenly. <smiles>
I miss my buddy lawts and lawts as do you. BUT they cant hold her forever!
Until the next blog report..., I remain...,
Amy's friend and chief conspirator..,

NOTATION: Yeah I know most hospitals have "no smoking on premises" regs, but cheese. They seemingly seldom catch vandals, car thefts and some abductions (not that its much a problem on the average), but they go after smokers almost like felons. When a smoker is out of the hospital people area, I would think that would be enough. I fully understand the non-smoker's right to not breath cigarette smoke and respect that, but anymore, just the sight of someone smoking outside a million feet away sends idiots into a rabid frenzy. Take away the smokes, but keep something safe like alcohol out there - of which by the way contributes to more deaths than cigarettes ever will when you consider automobile accidents, pickled livers, lethal drug interaction when consumed with certain medications, domestic violence often due to alcohol abuse, work accidents and on and on the list can grow bigger and bigger.
CLOSING REMARKS: Any smoker who does not respect an individual's breathing space needs to be fined. However, when a smoker is away from the non smoker, said non smoker needs to keep his or her distance, and mouth shut. LOL. I had one experience where an elderly couple of non smokers "deliberately" placed themselves in my zone, just so they could complain. I'm sorry, but thats just not right. |
